VALE PDR CERTIFICATION
The Vale PDR Certification Program is the only PDR Certification endorsed by the National Association of Paintless Dent Repair Technicians or NAPDRT.
The Vale PDR Certification Testing was developed at the request of PDR industry professionals. The testing is a timed evaluation of actual Paintless Dent Repairs on steel and aluminum panels using a state-of-the-art, digital-optic surface measurement device.
This test is totally unique to the industry as a purely objective, hands-on demonstration of a Technicians skill. Timed repairs must pass a very high standard, with a small tolerance to qualify the technician for certification.

The Vale Automotive Program has been an industry standard for decades. The introduction of our advanced 3D dent measurement methodology established the Vale Certified PDR Technician designation as a recognized credential of excellence. We have now expanded our PDR program with two specializations common to PDR operations.
The Automotive Hail Damage Specialist designation is a timed assessment based on a randomized set of 50 multiple choice questions covering subjects including definitions, damage assessment, repair methods, fraudulent damage, prior repairs, double panel repairs and dropping headliners. The question bank has been reviewed by a panel of insurance and repair experts to confirm relevance. The test is available on demand, will randomize questions from the question bank and requires an 70% pass rate. Candidates will be given three attempts to pass the test.
AUTOMOTIVE REMOVE AND INSTALL (R &I) SPECIALIST (BOOK NOW – CLICK HERE)
The Automotive Remove and Install (R&I) Specialist designation is also a timed assessment based on a randomized set of 50 multiple choice questions covering subjects including definitions, tools / fasteners visual identification, removal procedures, steps included in various R&I assemblies: Bumper and Grille, Rear Bumper, Tires and Wheels and customer service standards. The question bank has been reviewed by a panel of insurance and repair experts to confirm relevance. The test is available on demand, will randomize 50 questions from the question bank and requires an 70% pass rate. Candidates will be given three attempts to pass the test.

To be tested in the United States, PDR Testing and Certification is the only Authorized Testing Services Provider.
Testing for Vale PDR Certification can be done at our main testing facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You can also be tested at any scheduled testing event around the United States including MTE Orlando, and MTE Las Vegas.
PDR Testing and Certification also provides mobile PDR Certification testing. If you are a part of a group of participants of 4 or more, we can come to you. If your company would like for us to come to your organization location and certify everyone at the same time, we can make that happen.
